Special Orientation Plan
This plan must be developed in consultation with the Orientation
Manager in the Staff and Patient Education Department prior to the employee starting to work.
The
Manager will assure that the employee does not work independently until he/she meets the
minimum requirements to perform the job safely, including attending all mandatory
orientation classes.
