Accident/Injury Reporting:

*   Report any accident, injury or
     incident concerning a patient or
     medical  equipment to your
     UCHC preceptor/manager &
     faculty.

*   Report any student injury,
     exposure or suspected
   occupational illness
     to your UCHC
     preceptor/manager &
     faculty and Public  Safety x2511

*   In the event you have an
     illness or exposure to a
    communicable disease,
     promptly discuss with
     UCHC preceptor/manager
    &  faculty.
